WHEREAS, Principal has agreed to construct the improvements at the following <br />location which is located in the City of Everett, County of Snobomish. State of <br />Now Office and Cvcpy Addition for Prise Equipieltt <br />Washington, and is described as follows:2610 Igghyad ka <br />and <br />WHERL AS, the City is requiring the Principal to provide a bond guaranteeing the <br />construction of said improvements. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS.
