On November 16, 1984 I sent a copy of the City of Everett Resolution <br />No. 2499 adopted by the Everett City Council on November 14, 1984, to <br />Elanore Merritt. <br />3. The notice of the herein described City of Everett Council Resolution <br />authorized the City of Everett to vacate and demolish the structure <br />situated on the following legally described property: <br />Lot 13, Blk 3, Plorth Beverly Park Division No. 2 EXCEPT the South- <br />easterly 96 feet thereof, as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of <br />Plats on Page 46 records of Snohomish County; situate in the City of <br />Everett, County of Snohomish, State of lJashington. <br />Cominonly known as: 6719 Hi9hland Drive, Everett, ldashington. <br />4. The notice was addressed to Elanore Merritt, 31801 - Z23rd Avenue <br />Plortheast, Arlington, Washington 98223. <br />5. On November 26, 1984 the return receipt requested with Certified No. <br />P227 062 193 was returned to me. <br />6.
