To: Jim Langus, Chief Admiciistrative Assistant <br />From: Plarian Dent, Housing�Inspector %� <br />Date: April 18, 1984 /, <br />Subject: 6719 Highland - <br />Dan Robbins <br />Attached is a copy of a summary report pertaining to the conditions <br />of the structure situated at 6719 Highland; the basic status of the <br />occupant, Dan Robbins; and my efforts in attempting to get the <br />situation corrected. <br />The reason I am making you aware of this situation is tf:e fact that <br />I was informed that Mrs. Anderson, a friend of Dan Robbins, was <br />going to the Herald about this. <br />It appeared that there was an answer to this problem after a meeting <br />was held on March 29th. During the meeting I was led to believe <br />that if the city took steps to remove Dan from his house, DSHS and <br />Mental Health would assist Dan in placing him in another residence. <br />It would be wrong for the city to remove Dan from his house without <br />there being another residence available to him. Since the meeting <br />I have talked with DSHS and Mental Ilealth and they cannot commit <br />themselves to placing Dan.
