I am the Housing Inspector for the City of Everett. <br />2. On August 9, 1984 I sent a Building Official's Notice and Order, <br />certified mail, return receipt requested, to A1 Gordon and Associates, Inc. <br />regarding abatement proceedings concerning real property which they have <br />interest in and is described as follows: <br />Lot 13, Blk 3, North Deverly Park Division No. Z, EXCEPT the SEIy <br />96 feet thereof, as per plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats on <br />I Page 46, records of Snohomish County; situate in the City of Everett, <br />County of Snohomish, State of Washington <br />I� commonly known as: 6719 Highland, Everett, 4lashington. <br />3. On August 13, 1984 the return receipt requested with Certified No. <br />P227 082 175 was returned to me. <br />4. The Notice was addressed to A1 Gordon and Associates, Inc., 2110 <br />Pacific Avenue, Everett, 4lashington 98201. <br />5.
