We would like to nelce a sunroan which c.ould be 10' x 20' to replace <br />the existing deck that t,e now have on the south side of our house. <br />At the present time there is 10' fn�an the edge of our deck to the p�operty <br />line. �1s 20' is the require�tent for a pernanent structure, we are asking <br />that we be allowed to enclose this decic for our siairomn, thereby, having <br />an easenent that would allaa us 10' fran the property line. <br />2. Since our knuse is located so near the property line, we have no other <br />option but tn make this n�quest. <br />3. The variance requested will mt be noticeable tn our neighbors bacause <br />of its location to the adjoining properties. Pdjoining yazds are vei.y secluded. <br />4. i(wife) am an artist and c,ould likP to use this room for my personal <br />use where the light c.Duld be more beneficial to me in doing my work. <br />5.
