Unsatisfactory samples shoulU be inveshgatod <br />IMMEDIATELY and follow-up samples submittetl. Investigate to determine the cause and correct the situation. <br />Your local health department Or DSHS Regional Office can <br />assist you. <br />2. Submit at least two (2) follow-up check samples, or more as <br />specified in WAC 248-54-740. <br />3. Public y notify the users o1 public water systems as specified <br />In WAC 248-54-750. <br />TEST UNSUITABLE: <br />"Confluent Growth" means bacteria have grown into a continuous <br />mass which makes counting impossible. "TNTC" means bacteria are <br />too numerous to count 'Excess debris" means that particulates in the <br />water interfere with the interpretation of test results. If any box <br />indicating an unsuitable IC51 is checkedthe presence of coldorm <br />bacteria could not be determined and a new sample must be Obtained <br />for testinn by another procedure. <br />SAMPLE NOT TEST <br />The sample was not tested for the reason checked and does not count <br />toward fulfillment of any bacteriological monitoring requirements.
