The <br />following items were decided upon as pertinant to fulfill this require- <br />ment: <br />1. To provide curbing on the North side of the lot adjacent to the <br />planting area as per plan. <br />2. To provide a plug for the sewer clean out on the property. <br />3. To readjust the asphalt cutting cost.
