Hanson <br />20041 Fremont Avenue North <br />Seattle, Washington 981) <br />CITY OF <br />everett <br />CITY HALE . 259.9995 <br />EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br />9920, <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Dear Sir: <br />County records indicate you are the owner of the following legally described <br />property: Lot 15, Block 1, Beverly Hills Division #4, City of Everett, <br />Snohomish County, Washington. <br />Commonly known as: 5631 Highway Place, Everett, Washington. <br />An inspection of the structure located at the above address reveals several <br />deficiencies which may be deemed detrimental to the occupants or the public, <br />as defined in the Uniform Building Code Volume III Housing. (Everett City <br />Housing Code, Ordinance #129-71). These conditions may be considered suffi- <br />cient to decare the building to be sub -standard and/or a dangerous building. <br />This building has been posted "Unlawful to Occupy". <br />Some of the deficiencies noted are listed on page two of this letter. <br />Your immediate attention is necessary to remedy these conditions.
