The existing 6'(Watermain <br />was required to be upgraded'to an 8" ductile iron pipe to meet these demands. The'i4sting 6" <br />was replaced with 8" and all exis:.'.g service connections remade. Benefitted properties, those <br />new taps or services upgrading above single family use will be required to contribute.to the cost <br />of construction at the time of said new work. The contract has a limitation of ten years. No fees <br />will be assessed to properties with existing connections. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Council accept this Latecu(ner's Agreement <br />and pass the Ordinance. <br />
