M <br />Section 1: On <br />NOTICE OF ''SAFE BUILDINGS) <br />June 20, 1975 <br />the hereinabove described <br />building(s), or structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, were examined by <br />the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized <br />representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or <br />structure(s), or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the <br />City of Everett Building Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Building open to the public and vandalized. <br />2. Plumbing system deteriorated and damaged. <br />3. Electrical system deteriorated and damaged. <br />4. House is littered with burnable debris. <br />5. Windows are broken out. <br />6. Interior walls, floors, and ceilings deteriorated and damaged. <br />7. Dilapidated garage structure. <br />
