)\ FORM B <br />�) \ (continued) <br />U NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) <br />Section 7: Violators of any of the provisions of the City of <br />Everett Building Code shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and <br />each such violator shall be deemed guilty of a separate <br />offense for each and every day, or portion thereof, during <br />which any violation of any of the provisions of said building <br />code is committed, continued, or permitted, and upon conviction <br />of any such violation such violator shall be punishable by a <br />fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment for not more <br />than 90 days or by both such a fine and imprisonment. <br />Sec+ion 8: If the work specified in this notice .is performed by <br />the City of Everett Building Official the costs of said work <br />shall be charged to the owners) or parties in interest of <br />the real property on which said building(s), or structure(s), <br />thereof is (are) located and unless such costs have been <br />previously paid by said owner(s) or parties in interest such <br />costs shall be levied and collected as a special assessment <br />against said real property. <br />Section 9: This notice and official action is pursuant to and in <br />accordance with the City of Everett Building Code, Chapter 16.04 <br />Everett'City Code adopting and amending the Uniform Building <br />Code, 1973 Edition prepared by the International Confernce of <br />Building Officials.
