Check with Fire Dept. (Walt Cooper) to make <br />sure it meets to access requirements. Check <br />on existing fire hydrant locations. (To be <br />shown on plans). Hydrants are required with- <br />in 200 feet of all buildings. <br />2. Show street improvements on the plans required <br />by ordinance 555-78 of the City of Everett. <br />Driveways shall not exist within 2.5 feet -of <br />projected side property lines. <br />3. Make sure last parking space is 20 feet frcm <br />sidewalk. <br />4. Plastic arrows (pavement marking) and Entrance/ <br />Exit only signs required. (Show on plans). <br />5. Check out side yard landscape requirements with <br />Building Dept. 259-8745. <br />6. Show drainage plans on site plans. <br />7. Show typical dimensions of off-street parking. <br />8. Show area to be used for trash pickup. <br />9. Show internal pedestrian walking area width & <br />width of vehicle driving area. <br />FBI <br />
