Checklist Review 1180-92 <br />CITY OF EVERETT, EVERETT WASHINGTON <br />PROPOSAL: <br />Issuance of grading and building hermits to allow the construction of a 19 unit <br />apartment building. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a Negative <br />Declaration be subject to the following: <br />A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing <br />parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all re - <br />required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department <br />approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All <br />improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />As-builts, easement, and a one year Warrantee Bond in the amount of 10% <br />of the cost of construction of the public water system are required within <br />10 working days of obtaining public water connection. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public <br />Works Department. <br />4. The approximate sewer connection fee based on ttie preliminary information <br />provided is $143 per apartment unit . The actual cost shall be computed by <br />the Building Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according <br />to the information provided on the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br />5. On -site detention it required. Drainage calculations to be submitted on City <br />Drainage Plan submission form. Reseeding of exposed earth is required within <br />30 days of completion of earth work. A temporary erosion control plan must <br />be approved by the Public Works Department prior to issuance of any permits. <br />b. A preconstruction conference on Civil Engineering portion of project is re- <br />quired prior to approval of Public Works Permit. The applicant shall arrange <br />meeting involving applicant, job superintendent,contractvr, all subcontractors, <br />Fire Marshal, Planning Department Coordinator, Building Department Co- <br />ordinator, Public Works Coordinator, Public Works inspector, and City Traffic <br />Engineer. <br />7. Compliance with all provisions of Street Improvement Ordinance 555-78 are <br />required as appropriate. <br />
