S.W. <br />Edmonds, WA 98020 <br />Subject: 17-Unit Apartment at 5631 Highway Place <br />r <br />Dear Mr. Kwas: <br />To confirm our plan review and telephone communications concerning your application <br />for Right -of -Way Use Permit. <br />In accordance with your FINAL DECLARATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE #80-92 and <br />Public Works requirements, the following are areas which need to be addressed on the <br />plans: <br />a. Driveway and Roadway: the plan must show your driveway configuration <br />and the roadway construction for Highway Place which must be improved <br />in accordance :with Ordinance 555-78 which calls for improvements for <br />a pern.anent residential street, which includes at least a roadway, curb/gutter, <br />and sidewalk sections as shown in Detail B-7 of the DEVELOPERS GUIDE. <br />b. 8" water main installation - show installation per City of Everett, Water <br />Department, specifications for the installation of water mains. Plan shall <br />be designed and sealed by a registered engineer. <br />C. Storm Drains: Revise plan to sl.oty new location of building and required <br />revision of storm drains. Also proviJe appropriate drainage calculations <br />per the City Ordinance. <br />d. Lanuscaping: Show the treatrciert intended for the area between the sidewalk <br />and the parking lot. <br />e. Local Improvement District: There has been an inquiry made by a resident <br />of the area regarding roadway improvements which would include all ap- <br />purtenances which you are required to install. This may be a bene`It to <br />you, however, the timing is not defined as yet.
