)MINISTRATIVE GUIDELINES FC <br />PROCESSING APPLICATIONS FOR LATECOMERS AGREEMENTS <br />SiA10 . <br />All l Itility Systems covered by Latecomers Agreements shall be designed in a manner <br />that is most advantat eons to the proper development of the City's utility systems. <br />1. The standard application form' -shall be submitted to the Public Works <br />Department accompanied by: <br />I>p o Non-refundable application fee of $200 plus $25 for every <br />\. separate parcel proposed to be encumbered by the Latecomers <br />Agreement. <br />ep 04?_—Separate utility design drawings on Mylar, prepared and stamped <br />by a licensed Civil Engineer. See also Section 4.A.0. All ___ <br />plans shall meet these requirements. <br />o Itemized/quantified estimate of costs, prepared and signed by <br />oa HAUV the same licensed Civil Engineer or firm. <br />o Provide ezigiaiA vicinity scaled drawing on 81 /2 X <br />i eN NpW0 14 inch Mylar, stamped by a Licensed Civil Engineer <br />or Licensed Land Surveyor showing the utility size, <br />location, elevation and proposed contract areas including <br />dimensions and County identification number of each <br />tax parcel, size of parcel, useful elevations as necessary <br />for determining benefit, all existing utility services <br />and appurtenances. <br />r_ 0 A separate legal description for each individual tax <br />oa ^ao parcel, stamped by a Licensed Engineer or Licensed <br />Land Surveyor or Licensed Real Estate Broker. 1 ' <br />2, Tentative Acceptance of Petition <br />A. When presented with a properly submitted application, the City <br />will circulate application for tentative acceptance. <br />fR';jt. <br />L, (1) Plan/Design review and acceptance by Utility Design/Review <br />Pv' and Project Engineer. <br />00-- (2) Proposal review and acceptance by: <br />g-i a. City Attorney <br />b. Director of Operations and Maintenance <br />C. Superintendent of Applicable Utility <br />NOTE: Proposal review shall not commence until design plans <br />have completed the Plan/Design Review. <br />B. Public Works Director or his assignee to provide Tentative Acceptance <br />of application. <br />0IL' �3. All construction bids shall be reviewed and approved by the City prior <br />f � 11 � to beginning construction. <br />4. Construction: Compliance with adopted City of Everett Permit and <br />Inspection Procedures is required. <br />\l� 5. Applicant's Final Approvals <br />�v <br />O A.
