(For the purpose of enforcement: Applicant shall mean <br />any persons) or business(s) or corporation(s) or combination thereof, <br />having a current or past interest in a project that is illegally occupied, <br />including, contractors, consultant firms, owners, occupants, or operators. <br />(� <br />12. <br />The appropriate utility master record shall be posted with the assessment <br />Epps <br />notice on each parcel. <br />13. <br />The Building Official shall collect the assessment fee prior to issuing <br />the applicable utility connection. The assessment shall be paid prior <br />13LZ6 <br />to temporary connections where temporary applications are received <br />Qefrr- <br />prior to final connection permits. <br />ji <br />14. <br />The City Treasurer shall deposit the funds in the appropriate trust <br />account. <br />15. <br />A refund check will then be sent to the original applicant as designated <br />for <br />on the original application, at a time appropriate and convenient <br />the City to do so, except not later than 60 days after receipt of the <br />funds. Funds, undeliverable 3 years after expiration of the contract <br />shall be refunded to the party that paid them.
