This project underxant anvironmental review (SEPA File #8-86) <br />and was isaued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) on February 24� 1986, <br />(nopy enalosed) which lists the oonditions (mitigation) for development of <br />this project. <br />The Building Official has determined after raviewing the elevations submitted <br />(see Condition #7) that the struoture is three atories. Based on this <br />determination, a 10 Poot side yard setbaok is required.
