In the event this permit is terminated by the i,ity, for any reason, applicant agrees to remove all property not owned Sy the City fram che above-described property and shall restore the property 2o che satisfaction of the City. App that in the event it shall fail to remove property and restore the location to the satisfaction of the City as is required by this permit, the unremoved property shall become the pcoperty of the City and that t'�e City shall be entitled to cemove the property. Any expense incurred by the City in removing the property and restoring the location shall be paid by ihe applicant immediately upon rendition of ihe coscs thereof. This right is in addition to any other right the City Tay have at law or in equity. V.
