IV. <br />In the event this permit is terminated by the i,ity, for any reason, applicant agrees to <br />remove all property not owned Sy the City fram che above-described property and shall <br />restore the property 2o che satisfaction of the City. Such removal` C �Lefurthe �agreeis <br />be completed immediately upon termination of this permit. App <br />that in the event it shall fail to remove property and restore the location to the <br />satisfaction of the City as is required by this permit, the unremoved property shall <br />become the pcoperty of the City and that t'�e City shall be entitled to cemove the <br />property.
