The application stated the strut in question located at 5711 Highway Place would be moved by November 23r She recommended that the proposed resolution be approved with the adtliti of a 15-30 day abeyance clause in the event the structure is not moved b this date. WHEREAS, the building at 5711 Highway Place has been moved off its foundation and has been placed on timbers on the City's right of way; an.
