(all parties claiming_ ownership and/or- interest in .the ,,^,_tructnrg).,., to�it}lr 'e:no-l$JI or move the structure_ The Notice and _Order -stated _that_"All-permits required for `the demolition or moving of the -building must be secured within_thirty (30) days from the date of this Order, and the demolition or move must -be completed within forty-five (45) days of the date of this Order." The Notice -and Order further stated, "Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal from the Notire and Order wit_iin ten (10) days_ from the date of the ser Ace of the Notice and Order". _ The Notice and Order set forth a date of 12 November 1980 at 8:30 a.m when the Building Official would submit a resolution of demolition to the Everett City Council .-..-------- if the Order was not complied with. The only response to the Order was a letter from an attorney representing mr. VanDer Meersche indicating that Mr. VanDerMeersche owned no interest in the structure. Since there was no appeal filed or permits taken out to demolish or move the structure, the matter went, before the City Council on November 12, 19BO.
