REVISED <br />DETERMINATION OF NON -SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA 0106-85 <br />This Final Determination of Non -Significance shall expire one <br />year from date of issuance unless a completed building permit <br />applicalon has been submitted within that time. The listed <br />requirements are placed in response to our review of this information: <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. Ten percent of the lot area shall be provided as useable open space or <br />recreation area (SEPA Recreation Policy). <br />2. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas shall be provided (SEPA <br />Aesthetics Policy). <br />3. A six-foot high sight obscuring fence must be provided along the entire <br />north and south property line to provide project separations (SEPA <br />Aesthetics). <br />-1- <br />
