The following <br />conditions have not been complied with: <br />1. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided. <br />2. A six-foot high siFht obscurring fence must be provided along the <br />entire north and south property line3. <br />3. A minimum of 5 percent of the parking area must be provided for <br />landscaping and planting. Several of the areas shown on your site plan <br />as landscaping have bein paved and had mailboxes placed in them. The <br />paving must be removed and landscaping provided per code. <br />The City cannot sign the Certificate of Occupancy for the project until these <br />improvements are provided.
