On July 3, 1990, a letter was sent directing you to <br />complete the improvements as approved. The City is currently holding a bond <br />for $13,775.40 and will use these monies to complete the work. If the <br />contracted work is in excess of the bonded amount, you will be invoiced for <br />the extra cost. <br />Please contact the Public Works Department at 259.8810 by March 8, 1991 with a <br />plan or schedule showing completion of the street improvements.
