The southwest corner of the structure extends into the
City right-of-way on Highway Place.
i -
This structure has been in the same position for over six months.
It poses a problem for vehicular traffic traveling on Highway
Place.
'r
According to the City of Everett Ordinance No. 422-76, "It shall
be unlawful for any mover to leave standing or abandon the
moving of a building while the same oL any part thereof is in or
<
upon any part of any street, alley or highway." The first page
of this ordinance has been enclosed for your information.
With condominiums being built south of this area on Highway Place,
there will be additional traffic in the area. This structure
4
poses a hazardous situation to traffic and will have to be abated
if it continues to stay in this position.
Please advise this office within ten days of the action you plan
to take in correcting the matter. If you have any questions,
please feel free to call us.
Yours truly,
KENNETH W. CALLAHAN
BUILDING DIRECTOR
By -:Z_{ -
rian G.
