v'el t I (5) Seller will pay any and all taxes imposed upon the sale of the houses, garages and buildings. Purchaser shell pay any and all costs and taxes incident to removing the houses, garages and buildings from their present location. (7) Time Is of the essence of this Contract, and it is agreed that in ease the Purchaser shall fail to remove the houses, garages and buildings from the real estate within ninety (90) days from the data hereof, the Seller may elect to declare ell of the Purchaser's rights hereunder terminated, and upon Seller's doing so, all payments made by the Purchaser shall be forfeited to the Seller to liquidated damages, and the Seller shall have the right and title to the houses, garages and buildings which are the subject of this Contract, which title shall revert to Seller. (a) In the event either party should breach this s9reement, the prevailing party in the event legal action is undertaken, shall be entitled to ell costs, disbursements and reasonable attorneys fees connected with such suit, which sums shall to included in any judgment or decree entered in such suit.
