It is preposed to <br />install 2-inch and 4-inch conduit T.V, cable and telephone <br />conduit, An easement wtll be obtained from the owner of the <br />west 20-reet of Lot 31 prior to (nstallation of the cables and <br />conduit. Care shall be taken to avold damage to the water <br />mains.
