CI,�l+RIfiG:- <br />(1) The land shall be cleared within boundaries as ataked <br />upon the �round or as directed by 'Aater Superir_tendent. All cedar <br />suitable for puncheon or braces shall be cut into logs of convenient <br />len�th and piled as the Water Superintendent may direct. All trees� <br />brus:, otwsps and other vegetzble matter shall be cut off or �rubbed <br />up, and together with all lo�s (exceptinQ cedar) bruehvrood and refuse <br />of every desaa:�ption shall Le buriied, as the '"ater Superintendent may <br />direct, so as not to injure the adjoinin� land;�, or property. <br />(2) �'lhen the embanlanent exceeds three (3) feet in hei�ht, <br />treee and roots may be cut off cloae to tlie �round but v�hdre the em- <br />bankx�ent does not exceed three 13) feet they shall be gruUbed up <br />and i•emoved fi•om the fiIDl. <br />(3) Vdhen the exci�vetion excee¢ks three (3) feet in depth, <br />trees and roots may Ue cut off cloee to tlie �round but �rhere the <br />excuvation does not exceed three (3) feet they shall be grubbed up <br />and removed. <br />-1- <br />
