February 9, 1956 <br />Riverside Junk Company, Inc., <br />2534 Hewitt Avenue <br />rve^.ett, Washinfton <br />Attention: Mr. Moe Michelson <br />Gentle -en: <br />Our rreords show that yo,! are the owner of the proporty located as <br />JIjk fill Avenue, on the vacated street, vacated by Ordinance Mll <br />of the City of Fverett, situated between Blocks 746, and 75h an,i west <br />of dill Avenue. <br />Sometime in Lhe latter part of 1955 a roughin of plumbing was made <br />in the buildings situated on the wove described proporty. <br />Tn the installation of the rouChin of the plumbing, several violations <br />of the Plumbing Code of the City of Fverett occurred, incLo-Ting in- <br />stallation without a permit, installation by an unlicensed plumber, <br />covering and/or concealing plumbing before inspection, covering and/or <br />concealing plumbing without testing. <br />Now, therefore, by authority of Section 1.7 of Ordinance 34o4 of the <br />City of Fverett, ''ashinFton you are hereby requested to alter, replace <br />or install the plumbing in the buildings or the above described prop^rty <br />to conform to the provisions of Ordinance 3404, L:!e Plumbing Code of <br />the City of Fverett, 14ashinfton. <br />And further, the above mentioned alterations, must be made by Friday, <br />February 24, 1956. <br />FAD/a <br />Yours truly, <br />F.O.
