WASHINGTON
Construct 7,300 squaze foot warehouse -
3324 Spruce Street.
WATER:
There is a 6" cast iron looped water mainon tlie east side oF Spruce Street with
approximately 98 psi pressure to supply this location. There is an existing fire
hydrant at the S. E. corner_of_33scLand Cedar (Spruce) streets. The construction
of the warehouse willot have a signift' impact on the water system. The ^/
Water Departmeni shouid'i'iave no objections to the proposal. 1'
SENER:
 i
There are two sewers in front of the subject property. One is the 42" intercep or
which does ha've at least one direct side sewer connection to it in this vicinity. The
other, which has the majority of the individual connection is an 8" main which is
not intercepted and which,(irains directly into the 3Gth Street overflow line which in
turn drains directly into the. river. Since we did not allow the County tranafer
stations to connect a new facility into an overflow line, I don't see how we can allow
this new facility to driri direetly into the river I would therefore recommend
that they be made to tie into the 42" n c p or with their sewer.
DR,AINAGE:
Drainage can be connected to either main and due to the property's proximity to the
interceptor system or the river, there should not be a significant impact even if
detention is not provided.
D l` y
l: pCT - 51q77
_ ......
....
CITY 0( EVERETT
[if:ineering DePt.
%
