Kincaid Construction, Inc. <br />4724 Commercial <br />Everett, Washington 98203 <br />Monrce, Washington 98272 <br />Reference: Consultation Services-Soils <br />Proposed Residence on Hilltop Road <br />Everett, Washington <br />Gentlemen; <br />2061788-5612 <br />2061794-4332 <br />This is to serve as a report of consultation services performed at the above <br />referenced project site, per your request. <br />Introduction <br />The purpose of this report is to discuss conditions as observed within the <br />__ site area during recent site visits, and present opinions regarding possible <br />foundation support for the proposed residence. <br />The scope of services included visual observations on two occaisions and <br />discussions on site with Mr. Robert Kincaid. <br />Discussion <br />- We understand that construction within the site is proposed to consist c'' a <br />_ single family residence, moved onto the site, placad upon prepared foundations. <br />" Presently, the area had been graded and the ncrtherly and westerly footings <br />placed. The remaining area has been partially excavated for footings. <br />_ Soils observed within the site area generally consist of partially natural <br />soils and partially artificial fill. The netural soils appear to consist. <br />of arey-brown medium dense to dense gravelly silty sand, considered glacial <br />V in origin.
