NOTICE; OF HEARING <br />Notice is hereby given tha; it hearing will be held by the City <br />Planning Commission Board of Adjustment at the City Hall, Everett, <br />Washington at 7:30 P. M. June 15, 1964 for the consideration of <br />the following: <br />Application from James M. Burke, 2621 Hillside Lane, for a variance <br />to permit a division of the South Bl 47 ft. of Lot 5, ock-1� Seaview <br />Heights Addition, approximately 18, 000 sq. ft. in area, into two building <br />sites, one site to contain 10, 500 sq. ft. , the other to contain 7500 sq. ft. <br />Any ;person desiring to be heard on this proposal should present <br />their opinion at said time and place of hearing. <br />F.
