It is our opinion tliat the reteining wall desigiu speciSed therein, when used strictly <br />within the speciF� parameters, comply witli d�e design criteria indicared, xnd we deam them as acceptable <br />under the pruvisioTu ol'thz appficable buildini,� code. <br />Any Allan Block segmental retainin� well shell be installed in suict compliance with the applicable building <br />codes, and liave Icgal pernuts and inspections as roquired by the local building egency. CettiScation ofthe <br />proper installatiun shall he by the permit holdu, and is beyond the scope of this certifte�tion lettu.
