From the desk of Greg ,%rabbe <br />July 24, 2006 <br />City of Everett <br />Planning and development <br />3200 Cedar St. <br />Everett, WA 98201 <br />Re: Remodel building permit and VAR#05-013 <br />Please find attached 2 sets of drawings, one copy of a granted <br />variance and a topographic map for the purpose of calculating height <br />constraints for the proposed remodel at 1726 Holbrook Ave. The <br />variance attached allows for the proposed reduction of the front yard <br />setback for the construction of the garage and patio addition. <br />There is also a third floor addition proposed on top of an existing non- <br />conforming structure; part of the existing home falls within the side - <br />yard setback along the west property line. It is my understanding that <br />this modification falls within the allowances of the Everett Municipal <br />code Chpt 19.38.040. <br />Please commence with your review, and call me if you require any <br />additional information.
