As a result several major <br />plan changes occurred which include but are not limited to: <br />a) a revised building plan which resulted in new shearwall and bearing well kxcations. <br />b) a revised floor framing plan. <br />c) a modified roof truss design . <br />d) a revised foundation plan developed by geotechincel engineer <br />Due to the plan changes rrentimed above, the original lateral and gravity load design for the building is <br />no longer accurate and a new structural design and plan review was required. The following report <br />includes revised structural calculations and plan changes for the new building configuration. <br />Lateral design: <br />Due to the revised building shape, and the modified truss design several of the key lateral engineering <br />romponents originally specified on the plan (drag trusses and shearwalls) were omitted. As a result a <br />new lateral design was developed. Please see stieet S 2 through 13 for revised calculations and shaft <br />18 thmugh 92 for lateral engineering plan changes. <br />Floor framing: <br />See sheet * 19 and 21 for revised framing plans. <br />Roof Framing: <br />All framing members above the wall top plates (except stick framing at bonus room) were designed by <br />the truss manufacturer. Please see truss engineering package for roof truss and beam design.
