The design included two retaining walls in the rear yard, probably to create some level <br />yard space. <br />The two walls have been oonstructed and the project is on hold. Drainage around the walls has begun to impact <br />surrounding property, specifically to the NE. A field inspector was flagged down by the effected property owner to <br />point out the problems, which are getting more severe because of the weather. <br />Please place this in your work program. The field inspectors opinion was that this is serious and will get <br />progressively worse as the winter weather continues. <br />
