Owner arising out of, or reisting to, the Contract Documents or the breach thereof shall be decided <br />by arbitration in accordanoL v th the current Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the <br />American Arbibation Association. Notice of the demand for arbitration shall be filed in writing with <br />the other party to the Owner -Contractor Agreement and with the American Arbitration Association <br />and shall be roads within a reasonable time after the dispute has arisen. The award rendered by <br />the arbitrators shall be final, and judgement may be entered upon it In aocordance with applicable <br />law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. <br />C. Contingencies — This contract is null and void in the event Owner is unable to <br />obtain constriction financing in the amount of $ 300,000.00 <br />12.
