Sill has been removed from one of the adjacent <br />properties, with slit remaining on one property. SIR fence posts have been added. <br />Given the progress and weather forcast Alan and I feel one more week to accomplish placing straw, removing the <br />remaining sik from adjacent property and completing the slit fence reinforcement is acceptable. <br />A message was left for the owner to call back and a letter will be sent Tuesday the 21st. <br />
