Plea.- see <br />the enclosed inspection activity reports; note that Plumbing corrections are still outstanding on <br />permit C0303-026. The International Building Code and the International Residential Code <br />provide that all permits expire by limitation if the work authorized by the permit is suspended or <br />abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 180 days. If you ,visl, to prevent <br />these permits from expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request inspections of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress. <br />or 2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for <br />extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time the file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without final approval.
