Some of these repairs are noted in the original walk through; <br />some of the repairs you haue uerbally agreed to complete. We haue all <br />contacted you concerning these problems prior to this letter. RII repairs are <br />under warranty. <br />Each indluidual resident who has submitted a job list will eHpect you to <br />contact them within ten (Ill) days of receipt of this letter to set up <br />scheduled dates and times for the completion of their listed items. The <br />necessary repairs for each indiuidual resident will be eHpected to be <br />completed within forty -flue (45) days from your initial phone call with that <br />resident. <br />RII purchasers of Molly Court One and Two homes had to pay a $386 <br />homeowners association fee at the close of escrow. Would you please inform <br />us in writing what was and is being done with this money, and where It is <br />presently located.
