This is less than 1/8 mile east of Airport <br />Road, lies 1/2 mile north of the Airport Road/ Highway 99 intersection, and fronts <br />the north side of the Everett City limits. <br />More generally this is in the center of Section 23, Township 28 N., Range 4 E., of <br />the Willamette Meridian, in Snohomish County, WA. . <br />A ridge runs north/south the length of the parcel dividing the area proposed for <br />development into two drainage basins. One basin drains southwest to a ditch which <br />parallels the westerly property line in a southerly direction, and the other basin into <br />Hollow Dale Road ditch to the southwest. Pasture grass covers the entire site except <br />for some brush along the easterly boundary. Slopes vary 3-6% to the south . An <br />existing home and several outbuildings are situated near Holly Road within <br />proposed lot 4, near the northerly 1/4 of the property. No detention is proposed <br />for this area since no development nor grading is proposed there. <br />A small seep near the southwestern corner of the parcel will be filled when the <br />access road is constructed.
