See the enclosed Tnspection Activity <br />Report(s) for requested corredions.. Sections 105.5 and R105.5 of the International Building <br />Code and Intemational Residential Code state that permits become invalid if the work is not <br />commenced or is suspended or abandoned for more than 180 days. <br />Please request final inspections of the work that is completed, or submit a written request for a <br />180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />IC is your responsibility to ensure that permitted work is properly and safely completed, and that <br />all required inspections are performed. Please contact us by April 28, 2011 to schedule <br />inspections or request extension. After that time the file will be sent to microfilm without <br />final approval. <br />Please note that we will not be sending repeated letters if after further inspections the permit <br />once again reaches expiretion.
