Tlie inspection record card shall be posted at the job site, <br />in clear view, before the work is commenced and shall remain <br />on tne job for the duration of the job. <br />2. No inspecti�ns will be made if the inspection record card anc <br />the city appro�ed plans are not on the job, or if the work i= <br />not complete or ready.for inspection. <br />3. A 24 hour advanced noticed is reauired :or all inspections. <br />Please allow 48 hours for the inspection to be made. If in <br />an emergency, an inspection is required sooner, the permit <br />:iolder shall make arrangements with the inspector who will <br />be makinq the inspection. <br />4. When requesting an inspection, please furnish the following <br />information: <br />A. Job address <br />B. Contractor <br />C. Permit number <br />D. Type of inspection <br />E. Day on which inspection is to be made <br />Unless all the above information is procided, an i:�spection <br />CAN NOT BE GUARI�NTEED. <br />5. A re-inspection fee will be assessed for each inspecti.on or <br />re-inspection when such portion of work for which inspection <br />is called is not complete or wiiere corrections called,for ar_ <br />not made. A ten dollar re-inspectioti fee will be assesaed <br />before a re-inspection is made, for the following: <br />A. when the inspection record c�rd or <br />City approved plans are noc on the j==. <br />B. for any work that is not complete or <br />re.,dy for the called for inspection. <br />6.
