Several conditions crere noted that may cause fire or that <br /> may be a threat to human life in case oP Pire. <br /> Rhey are as follovs: <br /> � 1. Unsafe back stairs. <br /> 2. Numerous long electrical extensioa cords that have beea spliced an3 are <br /> tacked or stapled to ceilings or rralls. Some of these cords are old and <br /> ' the insulatioa has cracked and deteriorated. <br /> 3. Poor housekeeping and accumulations of coabustible trash. <br /> 4. Accivaulations of grease and spilled food around gas burners on ranges. <br /> 5. Wooden cupboard mounted about 12 inches directly above ges rsnge in eust <br /> center room: <br /> 6. Glass uindoWs betueen t�.ro of the rooms and corridor/sitting room areas. <br /> `i'hese are the stepa that must be taken to correct the fire hszards and improve <br /> the life safety conditi�ns: <br /> 1. Rebuild rear fire exit stairs and mnke them accessible to all occupants. <br /> 2. Remove the spliced, stepled and tacked electrical wiring and have pro�,er <br /> ard approved outlets installed by a licensed electrician. <br />
