No. G04-79 <br /> Dear Mr. Doezie: <br /> This office sched.uled a Building Officials' Hearing for the above <br /> referenced property on August 21, 1979. On August 21, 1979 , <br /> Mr. Wilfred Lawrence, who represents Hor�e Care, Inc. called this <br /> office and talked with the Auilding Director, Kenneth Callahan. <br /> At this time, Mr. Lawrence indicated that the oroperty had been <br /> sold to a Mr. Kenneth Johnson. There is also a letter dated <br /> August 21, 1979 on file in this office from Mr. Lawrence stating <br /> • the property had been sold to Mr. Johnson. tdr. Lawrence also <br /> states, "he (Mr. Johnson) is applying for building permits; as <br /> soon as he receives them closing will take place. " <br /> On August 23, 1979, Mr. Johnson came into this office inquiring <br /> about the structure and what was needed to repair it. I asked <br /> Mr. Johnson if he had bought the property and he said, "I 'm not <br /> sure that I want to buy it. " <br />; As of this date, County records indicate that Homr. Care, Inc. is <br /> the owner of the above referenced property and there have been no <br /> building permits taken out for this structure. <br /> Once again, a Building Officials' Fiearing is scheduled.
