Said property ia subject <br /> 14 to a "Notice and Order" dated April 3, 1975. <br /> 15 ' II <br /> 16 pn April 3, 1975, Robert K. Royce isaued a "Notice of <br /> 17 Unsafe Building", reference number 7503-191, directing the <br /> 1B demolition of the improvement situated on property described <br /> 19 therein. <br /> 20 Said Order was improperly drawn and isaued for the following <br /> 21 <br /> reasons: <br /> 22 <br /> 1.
