. . _. ._._. <br /> Summary <br /> May 21 , 1975 <br /> 2115 East Grand Avenue <br /> On January 10, I975, Lawrence Erickson, noted that the front <br /> door was missing on the residence at 2115 East Grand Aver,ue, <br /> and the structu-e was unattended. A check of the assessment <br /> rolls revealed that the tax payer was Lenny Paugh whose address <br /> was given as 2115 East Grand Avenue. Mr. Erickson then <br /> entered the structure and found it to be vacant and being <br /> vandalized. He then wrote up a list of housing code violations, <br /> and after a check with the title a�� .��Zny, sent a correction <br /> letter to Home Care, 4�ho was the : owner. This letter <br /> went out on January 30, 1975. • <br /> � The P.U.D. records show that the last tenant, John Stout, <br /> moved out on Janyary 1, ] 975. <br /> As we did not receive a response from Home Care and as the <br /> property was further deteriorated by vandalism, I issued <br /> a Notice of Unsafe Building to Iiome Care, dated npril 3, 1975, <br /> which called for the demolition of the house. <br /> The electrical irispector made his inspection of the property, <br /> at my request, on April 4 , 1975. <br /> IHome Care delivered an appeal to the board on April 23, 1975. <br />
