A closer inspection <br /> revealed that the structure was substandard� and presents a dangerous <br /> condition to the general public. <br /> The owners of the property, Home Care Inc. , indicated �hat they <br /> would correct the problem but they have delayed the matter beyond <br /> a reasonable length of time. . <br /> I respectfully request permission to refer the matter to the City <br /> Council on August 20, 1975. Please notify me as soon as possible <br /> so that I may make legal service upon the parties involved. <br />
