This <br /> action hns been held in• abeyance until now because of Home Caze�s recent <br /> problems. However, wa now feel it is time to implement the Council's <br /> I demolitwon order. <br /> The City has advertise�l for bids to demolish the building. The bid <br /> opening was on August 8, 1977, with one bid being received in the amount <br /> �f $2�174.00 to complete the �.vrk. The awardina of this bid is scheduled <br /> to be awarded by the City Council on October 5, The Council meeting <br /> . will convene at 1Os00 a.m. <br /> if you have any concerns about this matter or feel t}:at the buildinq <br /> should not he demolished, you aze invited to attend this meeting to <br /> ' present your reasons or objections.
