� <br /> Summary <br /> May 21, 1975 <br /> 2115 East Grand Avenue <br /> On January 10, 1975, Lawrence Erickson, noted that the front <br /> door was missing on the residence at 2115 East Grand Avenue, <br /> and the structure was unattended. A check of the assessment <br /> rolls revealed that the tax payer was Lenny Paugh whose address <br /> was given as 7.115 East Grand Avenue. r1r. Erickson then <br /> entered the structure and found it to be vacant and being <br /> vandalized. He then wrote up a list of housing code violations, <br /> and after a check with the title company, sent a correction <br /> letter to Home Care, who was the new owner. This letter <br /> went out on January 30, 1975. <br /> The P.U.D. records �how that the last tenant, John Stout, <br /> moved out on Janyary 1, 1975. <br /> As we did not receive a response from Home Care and as the I <br /> property was furt'�er deteriorated by vandalism, I issued I <br /> a Notice of Unsafe Building to Home Care, dated April 3 , 1975, <br /> which called for the demolition of the house. <br /> The electrical inspector made his inspection of the property, <br /> at my request, on April 4, 1975. <br /> Home Care delivered an appeal to the board on April 23, 1975. <br /> iI <br /> jl <br /> 1 <br /> � <br />
