Grand� Everett, WA <br /> Dear Sirs <br /> On January 10, 1975, the above referenced building was posted as unsafe <br /> and Hane Care was notified of this action on January 30, and aqain on <br /> March 31, and April 3 of 1975. <br /> On Auguat 20, 1975, the City Council ordered the building demolished. Thia <br /> action has been held in abeyance until now because of Hame Care�s racent <br /> pmbleme, However, we now feel it is time to implement the Council's <br /> d�olitwon order. <br /> The City has advertised for bids to demolish the building. The bid <br /> opening was on August 8, 1977, with one bid beinq received in the amount <br /> of $2,174.00 to cromplete the work. The awarding of this bid is scheduled <br /> to be awardad by the City Council on October 5. The Council meeting <br /> will convene at 10:00 a,m, <br /> IP }rou have any concerns about this matter or feel that the building <br /> should not be demolished� you are invited to attend this meeting to <br /> preaent your reasons or objections.
